Request to Include a Technology Modernization Fund Anomaly in the Senate’s Fiscal Year 2027 Continuing Resolution

The Center for Procurement Advocacy, alongside the Alliance for Digital Innovation, the ATARC (Advanced Technology Academic Research Center), and the Business Software Alliance, has sent a letter to Senate Appropriations Committee leadership urging the inclusion of a fiscal year 2027 continuing resolution (CR) anomaly to extend the authorization of the Technology Modernization Fund (TMF) and the Technology Modernization Board.
